i like the fact of the restaurants being close by

i did not like the fact of my cat getting broken into and the hotel did nothing to accomadate me or my children not even help me to patch up my windwo

    Superb

We booked a last minute overnight trip to the Inner Harbor and could not find an affordable room close by so we chose this hotel. We got a great price and were pleasantly surprised by how nice it was! The room includes a free buffet breakfast and free shuttle to the Inner Harbor! The room was clean, comfortable and updated. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very good! We plan on coming back to the area and will stay here again!

If there were any negatives about the hotel it would be that the pool is small and doesn't feel very inviting. The fitness center is pretty basic too with a Universal gym, 2 treadmills, 2 bikes and elliptical. It serves its purpose but nothing fancy. Also, the area the hotel is located in (like many in the Baltimore area) is somewhat depressed. However, we felt safe walking to the car and McDonalds in the parking lot. We never felt that it was really bad.

    Fabulous

The waitresss that was on at the time of the breakfast buffett, was so very attentive and so very kind that I found it necessary to tip her. I noticed that most pf the other guests did not. Perhaps they didn't know they were supposed to. The van driver was a very kind man as well.

The hotel manager that was on duty at the time of my arrival needs etiquette classes. It is not polite to speak over top of anyone, let alone a guest of the hotel. Why was it necessary for myself and another guest to have a wait of one hour and twenty-five minutes for the shuttle pick-up? When you are on a time schedule this is awful and unacceptable!!!

    Fabulous

The hotel is very nice. Good room and nice breakfast. It seems they have several additional facilities - I did not use them, though.

The hotel is a little bit far from the center of Baltimore, but near the one of Johns Hopkins campuses. Although they have a free transfer both to the campus and to downtown, beware this could lead to some difficulties and delays.

    Fabulous

Free on site parking, room rates, bed and pillows, free shuttle service and breakfest, noon checkout.

Can't think of a thing bad, but we were only there 1 day.

    Fabulous

The Hotel though located outside of Baltimore city centre has a free shuttle bus to many major points in the city which runs every hour till about 7pm and this can really help save transport costs if you're on a budget

The price that was quoted for the room I booked was Higher than what I eventually paid due to taxes which were as much as $100 and I think this information should be available at the point of booking so as to enable customers make an informed choice on prices.

    Fabulous

The hotel is right off 95 which gives direct access to Baltimore and surrounding areas. This hotel offers a buffet breakfast which includes eggs,(not real eggs), sausage, all kinds of bread, waffles, cold cereal, yogurt, fruit, juice, coffee, tea and hot chocolate. On Sunday there was no meat. They made that sausage and gravy concoction with biscuits. I did ask if they ever had bacon and was told few and far between. Also, it would have been nice if they had hash browns or breakfast potatoes but this was a breakfast included in our stay so for a free breakfast the selection was great. The hotel was clean and spacious. The rooms have a refrigerator, microwave and safe. I would definitely stay at this hotel again if I ever had occassion to stay in the Baltimore area.

The heat/air element in the room had a fan. We could not figure out how to turn off the fan so all night long that fan would go off and on and everytime it went on, I woke up. Very annoying. You ask why I did not call the front desk. Well, the TV stopped working and I did call the front desk. Half an hour later, no one arrived. I called again. The person asked how long I had waited. Told her 1/2 hour. She said she would have someone up right away. Waited another 15 minutes. No one arrived. We figured out how to fix the TV and I called to tell the front desk not to send anyone up and I was still talking I realized they had hung up on me. So much for customer service. I actually found the morning/afternoon staff to be more customer service oriented than the night staff. On Saturday, my sister stayed in the room and when the housekeeper came in she asked if my sister wanted the room cleaned. She told her yes. The only thing the housekeeper did was make my bed and give clean towels. She did not empty the wastebaskets or clean the tub. My sister has done housekeeping in the past and said even with someone in the room, the wastebaskets should be emptied and tub cleaned. Now through no fault of the hotel, my next comments are about nasty people or people that have no concern for others. If you have to blow your nose, do not blow it in the dining area. Have enough decency to leave the area where the food is and blow your nose. One man coughed over the toast then spit in his hankie. He had the audacity to look at his spit and place the nasty hankie in his pocket then proceed to get toast. I have never seen such ignorant behavior. Also, if you have 5 kids and they all want waffles, don't hog the waffle machine. There were only 2 of them so instead of using one so that other guests can make waffles, you hog both of them.

Far away from downtown and Johns hopkins hospital and the living around people is scary and you will see some of them once you visit Mcdonald's. Staying in Baltimore is a very bad idea

Location, breakfast and rooms size is too small

    Very good

I was attending a conference at the convention centre so the hotel was not far away and the hotel has a shuttle bus which dropped me off at the convention centre daily. The room was clean and I was very pleased to have the fridge, microwave and iron/iron board. The staff were all friendly and went out of their way to make sure you were satisfied. I had no problems at all.

    Very good

Friendly staff in the restaurant and bar and a fitness centre and swimming pool that had opening hours that seemed designed for the guests rather than the convenience of the hotel.

    Exceptional

Stayed one night during our “road-trip” everything about this hotel was fine. We arrived in the morning, as we saw the sign for O’Donnell Street from Interstate 95 but that was not a problem to them, as they let us check-in early. The free shuttle bus was handy to save driving into the city. Our room was clean and well maintained. Overall, better than anticipated.

As far as our short visit is concerned the hotel was perfect for our needs
